Please have the girls at Reach 11 no later than 10:15am wearing:
BLUE uniform shorts,
BLUE uniform socks and,
RED warm up t-shirts.
Remember to bring BOTH jerseys.
As always, road closures and restrictions are available by clicking on "ARIZONA ROAD CONDITIONS" on the Main Menu.
Practice
Practice will be held on Monday's and Wednesdays from 6:15 until 7:45pm. There will also be an additional practice session on Tuesdays from 7-8pm. This will take place immediately following the regularly scheduled conditioning sesssions.
For MONDAY practices, please have the girls wear;
RED shorts,
WHITE Legacy t-shirt and,
WHITE socks.
For TUESDAY practices, please have the girls wear their Legacy t-shirts. The girls may wear any shorts and socks they wish.
For WEDNESDAY practices, please have the girls wear;
BLUE shorts,
WHITE Legacy t-shirt and,
WHITE socks.
These practices will be held at Snedigar Sportsplex. As always, there may be a week or two during the season where we may have to change locations.
CONDITIONING
Conditioning will be held every Tuesday evening from 6-7pm. The girls will need to bring the following.
WHITE Legacy shirt,
BOTH running shoe/turf shoe(or the like) and cleats and,
plenty of fluids.
There will be a practice session immediately following conditioning from 7-8pm.
Conditioning will be held at Snedigar.
