Great News! The Milltown American Legion Joyce Kilmer Post 25 will again be sponsoring a Jr. American Legion Baseball Team.
Jr. American Legion Baseball presents a fast and exciting form of baseball for highly skilled developing players ages 17 and under. This summer league will be open to boys who are residents of Milltown, and Spotswood.
Since 1925, The American Legion has sponsored a nationwide youth baseball program. American Legion players are taught the importance of team work, discipline, leadership and good sportsmanship.
The American Legion baseball program offers eligible players an opportunity to enjoy a summer of highly competitive baseball under the direction of a dedicated coaching staff and organization. Each player will improve his own skills and appreciation for the game in preparation for a potentially more successful scholastic or collegiate baseball career while learning the tenets of team play.
