6/13/07 Game Notes
June 13, 2007
After a couple of weeks off from playing, we started the Summer 2007 season off in the right direction with a win.
The final score was 17-7, as we 10-run ruled our opponents to end the game.
Even though we had a 4 guys out for this week's game, a couple of guys from the sub list stepped up to the plate, brought their bats and gloves to the game and definetly helped us with the victory.
As for the batting, everyone had a good game and got the hits when we needed them. Pat Patterson stepped up as the moster player of the game as he ended up going 4-4, with one double and two triples - GREAT JOB!
Defensively, we all played a solid game. We had a few errors, and that was to be expected from not playing in a few weeks. As we move into the season, hopefully, we will see a reduction in these errors.
Great game and remember that we have a bye-week for June 20, 2007. Our next game will be on June 27, 2007 as we are scheduled to play Printing Solutions.
