    1. 15 minute quarters 2. Down by contact rule (NFL) 3. Pass interference rule (NFL) 4. Offensive line blocking. No cut blocking in the nuetral zone which is from tackle to tackle. Same for backs going in motion through nuetral zone. Blocking below the waist by offensive linemen only on snap of ball. 5. No Horsecollar tackles-Result a penalty 6. No hitting the center on any kicks until he raises his head. 7. High school rules on pass " bumping" . Defender can bump anywhere until the ball is thrown. Must be a forward bump. 8. Uniform rules: No player is allowed to play that is wearing a off color helmet, game jersey, pants or game socks. Head official makes ruling. Player must leave the sidelines until the correction is made 9. Any player who is ejected from a game will be suspended for one game on the second ejected either in the same game or a future game. The third offense is suspension for the season. 10. Use of helmet visors is prohibited 11. Use of Head Sets and/or Walkie Talkies-The home team must provide them for the visiting team. Likewise, if the visiting team has them they must provide them for the home team, or they are prohibited. This is a High School rule, as well as college and professional. CASCADE FOOTBALL LEAGUE DRESS AND CONDUCT CODES:
No player is allowed on the playing field unless he has matching helmet, game pants, game jersey and game socks. Player must return to the locker room and make adjustments before he can play. Game officials can call a penalty if the player refuses to leave the sidelines.

Any player or coach heard swearing will be penalized 15-yards. Second time the same team has a player or coach heard swearing will result in a 30-yard penalty, third time is automatic removal from the game and a 30-yard penalty on his team. PLAYER AGREEMENTS:
Each player in the Cascade Football League must sign a " Player Agreement" form which explains that he cannot move to another team during the season unless all fines and team dues is paid, along with any team equipment he may have. It also releases the team from any liability claims by a player. Teams are limited to 50 players. However, more can be signed to player agreements. Teams must post their fifty man roster with the name, position and jersey number two weeks prior to the start of the season. Players can be added only if a equal number are dropped up to the fifth week of the season. Rosters are frozen at that point. However, a team can apply for a 'special' medical exemption by sending a email to the commissioner for a vote. Players can not move to another team if they owe that team money for equipment or uniforms only. Unpaid team dues is not applicable. PROUD MEMBERS OF THE FAR WEST FOOTALL ASSOCIATION.

The Cascade Football League will be a league of owner imput and decision making. All owners will have an active voice. Any major changes will take place by majority vote only. No one or two persons is going to be making decisions. The Cascade Football League is a Adult Amateur Football League. Players do not loose their college elligibility by playing this type of football. Adult Amateur Football League has been around the Northwest for sixt years. The Northwest Football League is the oldest league of it's kind west of the Mississippi River. Additional leagues include the Pacific Northwest Football Conference, Evergreen League and Oregon League, all of which play in the spring/summer months.
