Baseball Registration is Open. Please complete and submit a registration form (payment must accompany the form).
A summary of the age groupings for baseball is set forth below.
Coach Pitch Age Group (5/1/00- 4/30-01)
D-1 Age Group (5/1-99 -4/30/00)
D-2 Age Group (5/1/98 - 4/30/99)
C-1 Age Group (5/1/97 - 4/30/98)
C-2 Age Group (5/1/96 - 4/30/97)
B-1 Age Group (5/1/95 - 4/30/96)
B-2 Age Group (5/1/94 - 4/30/95)
A1/2 Age Group (5/1/92 - 4/30/94)
AA Age Group (5/1/90 - 4/30/92)
Please download and complete the registration form. We will form teams in the above age groups based upon the number of players who have registered. In the past several years we have combined with North College Hill to field teams in some age groups.

You can download the baseball registration form if you follow the above steps( again, please remember you will need to download on adobe acrobat and the process will require two 'clicks'). Thanks for your cooperation in returning the registration forms promptly. The registration forms are to be completed and returned (with payment) on or before February 23, 2008. We reserve the right to refuse late registrations and/or to require payment of a $10 late fee. Please remember this is a recreational baseball program for youngsters with birthdates between 5-1-90 and 4-30-01 (there are separate divisions for each age group)
If you are not able to download the registration form, please call 929-2255(BALL) for a prerecorded message - which will include directions on how to pick up a registration form. (or send us an email with your address and we will mail you a form)
The registration form contains the necessary information on where to deliver the registration forms. You can return them by mail or deliver in person to 1446 Thomwood Drive in College Hill (directions are on the registration form and also included on the pre-recorded phone messge and are also on this welcome page)

How to obtain a Registration Form

Registration forms have been mailed to all players who played last
year. If you played last season, you can get a form from your manager. You can also download a form from the website (will need an adobe acrobat browser to download the form).Be patient if you have dial-up internet access - but you can download the form. Again to download use the adobe acrobat browser/reader.
If it is more convenient you can pick-up a form at 1446 Thomwood Drive.
Directions from Hamilton and Northbend are as follows::
Go North on Hamilton
Turn right on Hollywood (sixth street on the right from North Bend)
Go to the first stop sign and turn left on Devonwood
Go to the first stree and turn right on Thomwood.(look for the basketball hoop at the end of the street)
House is the last house on the right (address is 1446)(white garage door)
Baseball Registration forms will be on the front porch.
Bring your check book and you can pay the registration fee and turn in the form at one time.
You can also return a regisration form by mail. The mailing address is as follows:

Remember children with birthdays between 5-1-89 and 4-30-00 are eligible to play baseball(including coach pitch baseball).

The age group cutoff for each age group have been changed in 2006.
Basically the age cutoff date has been moved from August 1 to May 1.

Based upon the number of registrations we will form teams in each of the above age groupings. We have in the past several years combined with North College Hill to form teams in some age groups - if we don't have enough players registered in a particular age group, we may combine with North College Hill to form teams.

Here is some general information about the College Hill Baseball Program. This is a recreational baseball only league (no softball or fast pitch softball is sponsored). For youngsters aged 5-7 a T-Ball option is offered. (a hard ball is used at this level). All other youngsters will play baseball. For youngsters aged 8 and 9 modified rules will apply. For youngester age 10 and above, regular baseball is played (the only change is the distances between bases and the pitchers mound vary based on age).
For baseball, anticipate that practices will start in late March or early April. The season will begin in late April and will be completed by July 4th. Games will be played on Saturdays and during the week (approximately 15 games). Anticipate a time commitment of 3 times per week. Games will be played in College Hill, North College Hill, Finneytown, Greenhills, Forest Park and Colerain Township (Olympian Club). Games could be played on any day of the week.
To participate in the program, you must first register your son or daughter. Also you can download a form from this website.(you will need an adobe acrobat browser to download). You can download the form even if you have dial up internet access(be patient - it will work.

Please remember the baseball registration form must be completed with the registration fee paid. Please register by the registration deadline (February 23, 2008). This is REALLY IMPORTANT.
The age ranges for the various divisions in our baseball program and the registration fees) are as follows: Coach Pitch [ 5-1-00 thru 4-30-01 and the fee is $35); Class D-1 [5-1-99 thru 4-30-00 and the fee is $40]; Class D-2[ 5-1-98 thur 4-30-99 and the fee is $40]; Class C-1 (5-1-97 thru 4-30-98 and the fee is $45]; Class C-2 [5-1-96 thru 4-30-97 and the fee is $45]; Class B-1 ([5-1-95 thru 4-30-96 and the fee is $50]; Class B-2 [5-1-94 thru 4-30-95 and the fee is $50]; Class A1/2 [5-1-92 thru 4-30-94 and the fee is $55] and Class AA [ 5-1-90 thru 4-30-92 and the fee is $60]).
If you played baseball last year in College Hill, call your manager.
Please remember to register on time. Late registrations may not be accepted or a late charge of $10 may apply.

If you want your child to play on a team coached by a particular coach or with another child, please indicate this on the registration form. We will try to honor requests but can not guarantee this.
Again, it all starts with Registration. Get the form and please complete and return with the applicable registration fee.

WE are always looking for help. We will most likely need coaches for the coaches pitch age group (children with birthdays between 5-1-90 and 4-30-2001).
