LAST 2 GAMES - FIELD CHANGES
Saturday - HAAS Field (behind the middle school)
Sunday - CP4 Montville (sorry about that)
Have a great time on Halloween and get ready for the final 2 games of the fall season on Saturday and Sunday!
If we win both, we lock up 3rd place in the division and could place higher if other teams lose. Keep the great playing going!!!!
So let's keep the candy consumption down to normal levels, we don't need to have 16 Augustus Gloops out there!!
Please stay after the Sunday game for some treats!!
Angelica Burns will be arranging for goodies to be enjoyed by all after our final game, this Sunday afternoon (11/2)at Shunpike back. Everyone, please stay around to help celebrate a fine season!!

GAME NOTES:
3 Games and 3 solid performances!
SATURDAY - v Roxbury 0 - 4 Although we were a bit sluggish out of the box, the score was not as bad as it might appear, a few mistakes and missed opportunities led to a bad result. Keelin was awarded the team MVP for strong defensive play. Tori also stepped up with some strong stops. On the offensive side, Sara had a some good runs and passes. In the middle, Orna continued to have a solid year controlling the flow of the game.
SATURDAY - v Vernon 0 - 0 We suffered a few injuries in this one, but before she got hurt, Kristen made sure she set the tone in the middle. Meg had another strong game with aggressive moves on the ball. The game MVP went to Alex R for great play on both sides of the field. On defense, Maddie stonewalled the Vernon offense as she constantly lobbied to play forward!! (tsk, tsk...trying to take advantage of the rookie coach)
SUNDAY - v Kinnelon 2 - 2 Maybe the most excitng game of the year! Julia and Alex P scoring on difficult chances. Bridget and Chelsea controlled the defensive end and Morgan made some nice saves to hold the opposition scoreless in the 2nd half. Either side could have won, so a tie was a fine outcome.
2 more left...we can win both if we keep up the same energy that we displayed on Sunday!!!
