3rd Vice President

The BLL 3rd Vice President shall:

● Report into the BLL League President
● Perform duties of the BLL League President in the absence or disability of the BLL League President, BLL Executive Vice President, BLL 1st Vice President and BLL 3rd Vice President provided they are authorized by the BLL President or the Board of Directors to act as so.
● When acting as so, the 3rd Vice President shall have all the powers of the BLL League President position.

Duties
● Be responsible for reviewing the activities of the Director of Fundraising
● Be responsible for reviewing the activities of the Director of Special Events
● Be responsible for reviewing the activities of the Director of Communications / Information Officer
● Work on any special projects assigned by the BLL League President and or Board of Directors
