2nd Vice President

The BLL 2nd Vice President shall:

● Report into the BLL League President
● Perform duties of the BLL League President in the absence or disability of the BLL League President, BLL Executive Vice President and BLL 1st Vice President provided they are authorized by the BLL President or the Board of Directors to act as so.
● When acting as so, the 2nd Vice President shall have all the powers of the BLL League President position.

Duties:

● Be responsible for reviewing the activities of the Safety Officer
● Be responsible for reviewing the activities of the Umpire-In-Chief
● Be responsible for reviewing the activities of the Equipment and Uniform Manager
