Umpire-In-Chief

The BLL Umpire-In-Chief shall:

● Report into the 2nd Vice President
● Receive and review applications for umpire candidates and verifies eligibility.
● Responsible for training umpires for all Divisions, schedules, and coordinates training sessions prior to the Season.
● Manage Umpire Game Schedule
● Coordinates payroll of umpires with League Treasurer
● Ensures that all Game Rules and Regulations are being met; and that all Umpires are kept up to date with rule changes.
● Provides mentorship and guidance to all Umpires
