Immediate Past Director

937-361-3120

Jimmy has stepped down as the Director of the Kid Eagles Wrestling Club after 12 years at the helm. He has coached at every level of the club and has finally been able to turn all responsibilities over to great, capable people.
He is a 1987 graduate of Chaminade Julienne High School.
He was a 4 year varsity letter winner in wrestling, and a two time Ohio High School State Tournament Qualifier. During this time he was a 2 time District (now sectionals) Champion and 1 time runner-up, Regional (now Districts) runner-up (and 3rd place), a CIT Champion, Holiday Tournament Champion, and a 3 time CJ Invitational champion. He was also a team Captain his senior year. Ask him what happened at the Xenia Invitational his senior year.
In addition to his wrestling accomplishments, Jimmy won 3 varsity letters on the Football field for the Eagles, helping lead his teams to consecutive playoff appearances. His senior year he was team Captain, Team MVP, All Area, All Southwest Ohio and Honorable Mention All State as a linebacker. He had many opportunities for college, but chose football over wrestling and accepted a football scholarship to Kent State University.
He also earned 2 varsity letters as an Eagle baseball player, playing on a Regional Finalist team as a left fielder.
He was inducted into the CJ Athletic Hall of Fame in the class of 1999.
Jimmy and his wife Amy have been married since 1996 and have 3 sons, Spencer (CJ '17), Cooper (CJ '20) and Ryder (CJ '23).
