The Concession Manager is in charge of the daily and game day operations of the field concession stand. The Concession Manager sees to the creation of the game day and practice nights menus, inventory of food supplies, maintainance of the kitchen fixtures and works with the Team Parent Director to staff the Concession Stand on practice nights and game days.
