Vice President of Baseball Operations

The VICE PRESIDENT of BASEBALL OPERATIONS shall:

A. Assist the President in the performance of the President’s duties;

B. Preside at meetings in the absence of the President;

C. Serve as chairman of the Managers/Coaches Selection Committee and retain all documentation pursuant thereto;

D. Communicate with all committees to assure that all budget formation documents are turned in to the Treasurer in a timely fashion;

E. Serve as chairperson(s) of the By-Laws Committee;

F. Serve as chairperson of any unfilled Standing Committee chair
position;

G. Oversee the Division Chairs, Head Umpire, Fields & Facilities Coordinator, and Equipment Manager positions.
