Robert Jaffe enters his fifth year coaching with the NJ Rhinos. Coach Jaffe has coached at the mite, squirt and pee wee levels. For the 2018/2019 fall season, Coach Jaffe will be moving up from Squirt to Pee Wee head coach. Coach Jaffe played ice hockey at Bergen Catholic from 1983-1987 and was an Assistant Coach for the Mahwah Ice Hockey Varsity team from 2000-2003.

Bob was also a coach for the NJ Avalanche Special Hockey team (for developmentally disabled players) for 6 years.

Bob is married to his wife Robyn and has two sons Cameron and Kyle, who both play for the Rhinos.
