· Maintains the club checkbook.
· Issues checks for expenses and deposit income
· Updates the signature card with the bank annually
· Prepares a report of the expenses and income to share with the board for discussion and approval at the monthly board meetings.
· Handles finances for the concession stand
· Handles IRS tax requirements
· Works with committee chairs to ensure volunteer deposits are returned upon completion of hours
