· Schedules and runs the monthly board meetings
· Puts notice of the meetings in the Poynette Press Calendar of Events (email poynette@chorus.net)
· Reserves the meeting room at the Poynette Village Hall (635-2122)
· Picks up the key the day before or day of the meeting
· Prepares the Agenda for the next board meeting
