***In-House League Coordinators***

Both the Boys and Girls In-House Programs are represented on the RYBA Board by a Program Director.

The In-House League Coordinators work with these Program Directors to see that one or more of the in-house divisions operate effectively.

League coordinators make up game and practice schedules, coordinate coaching assignments, ensure that each team's equipment needs are adequately filled by the Equipment Manager, and that game competition is executed in the spirit of sportsmanship.

New coordinators are brought up to speed through close coordination with their Program Director. Coordinators with experience usually operate their divisions with significant autonomy with light, but supportive, cooperation from their Program Director.

It is not uncommon for an In-House Coordinator to stay with the role and progress up through the divisions, often in parallel with the advance of one of their children. While this is both helpful and common, serving in the role of an In-House Coordinator is seen as a year by year commitment.
