Bill is an Asc. Scout in Central and Southern California, and has been with the SoCal Cardinals since 2001. Bill is a former NCAA D-1 Asst. Coach, a JC Asst. Coach, a former high school Head Coach, and was the Senior Director of Baseball Operations, Assistant to the General Manager for the Texas Rangers in the California League. Bill was selected as a CIF Central Section, East Sierra League Coach of the Year in 2005, and was recognized by the ABCA at the 2009 convention for over a quarter century of baseball excellence. Bill currently sits on the Advisory Board for Coast to Coast Baseball, and coaches in the Coast to Coast International Baseball program in Puerto Rico,Florida, and Arizona. Bill is the owner of the Pro Player Academy of Baseball (www.proplayeracademy.com). Bill signed as a free agent middle infielder by the Pacific Suns of the Western Baseball League in their move to Oxnard, CA. and was requested as the first pitching coach for the "Macon Music" of the South Coast Independent Professional Baseball League. Bill authored and published the book "PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL PITCHER'S HANDBOOK - A Pitchers Guide to Peak Performance." Bill is a Life Member of the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA), the Minor League Baseball Alumni Association (MiLBAA), Association of Professional Ball Players of America (APBPA), National Pitching Association (NPA), USA Baseball (USA), and a member of the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA).
