Job desription as stated in the St. Sabina Sports Association By-Laws: The Vice Chairman shall aid and assist the the Chairman in whatever capacity deemed necessary by the Chairman. The Vice Chairman shall assume the responsibilities and duties of the Chairman durin his absence, inability or refusal to perform the duties of his office per Article VII. The Vice Chairman shall oversee and orgamize fundraising activities as approved by the Executive Board.
