- Julia is one of our newest trainers here at The MAAC. She brings an upbeat energy and friendly personality to her training sessions. Julia attended high school locally at Birch Run where she played volleyball, basketball, and was an all-state powerlifter. Her athletic lifestyle has sustained itself after high school and she is now a valued addition to our staff at The MAAC. Julia's favorite food is donuts.
