Varsity Head Coach

Coach Conway will be the Head Coach of Wissahickon High School starting in the 2020 season. He had been an assistant coach since the 2014 season and served on the Wissahickon staff in some capacity since 2011. Coach Conway's area of expertise is on the defensive side of the field as he was a standout defenseman for Ursinus College & Germantown Academy. Having learned to play locally from legendary GA coach Ted Haynie, Coach Conway brings an aggressive style of play to our defensive side of the field. Coach Conway is also very involved with designing and implementing the offseason skills and weight training program as he resides locally in Ambler with his Fiancé. Coach Conway is considered a lacrosse junkie and is always looking at ways to improve our coaching style and innovative ways to run the Wissahickon Lacrosse program.
