Rookies AAA (7-8) Formally Rookies Information
The purpose of Rookie/Pitching Machine league play is to further develop the fundamentals of baseball for all kids participating. This includes catching, throwing and hitting, and yes, winning. But it should also be about teaching kids to be a teachable team player that will learn life skills in the process of having fun playing baseball.

That is the job of the coaches and all parents. If we remember this, the league should be fun and help our children build confidence in themselves and their abilities.
