1. Players should be between the ages of 13 & 14 years old
2. Interleague play with other Delaware District II teams (Midway, Canal, Capitol, New Castle, Suburban, Stanton Newark American Little Leagues)
3. League starts near the end of school ball, usually one or two games a week in the beginning of the season , with 2-3 games a week near the end of season
4. Games are scheduled usually Monday through Saturday
5. Mandatory pitch count
6. Practices are usually 2-4 times a week
7. Pool play will be in place provided that there is enough players to fill at least 2 teams
8. No tryouts for Jr. Division
9. Teams will not be chosen until all registration for Jr. Division is complete
10. Maximum 14 players per team, late registrations could result in players being put on a waiting list
11. This is a competitive division, players are only required to play 6 consecutive outs and bat once
