In the spring, Pitchers may not pitch in more than 7 innings in one calendar day during the regular season. The pitcher may not be allowed to pitch in more than 10 innings in 1 calendar week which runs from 12:01 a.m. Monday to 12 midnight the following Sunday. Pitchers must have 40 hours rest after pitching on the same calendar day in four or more innings.
