Head Coach:
The Proctor Rails are members of the Minnesota State High School League, and compete in the North Sub-Section of Section 7AA. They were Region 7AA Champions and made a State Tournament appearance in 1976. The Rails were Section Runners-Up in 1977, 1980, 1982, and 1984. In 2007, the Rails advanced to the Section 7AA Final Four.
A charter member of the Lake Superior Conference (est. 1975), the Rails have won the LSC Championship four times (1977, 1980, 1981 and 1992), including back-to-back undefeated conference seasons in 1980 and 1981.
The season begins in mid-March and ends with the State Tournament in mid-June. The Rails' season includes a 20-game regular season schedule and a berth in the Section 7AA Playoffs.
Participation in Proctor Rails Baseball is determined by these factors: academic performance, safety concerns, industriousness, and enthusiasm.
