U08 PIXIE DIIVISION: AGES 7-8
The Pixie Division is designed to teach the fundamental skills of softball: throwing, fielding, and batting.
* The Pixie level is a coach-pitch.
* The Coach pitches a maximum of five (5) pitches to each batter *
* After 5 pitches, the batter will be out.
* After 3 outs or 10 batters, the inning will change.
* All field plays that result in "outs" will have the batter/baserunner leaving the field.
* At this level, no score is kept.
* Games last a maximum of 1-1/2 hours.
