DSEFL 3.3 PRO SEASON ROAD WARIOR GAME

RULES

FIGURES : Any figures can be use , if it make game play weight limit. The defensive can only use two cover corners either in secondary or linebackers.

BASES : The only bases not allowed is boat or boil base. You are allowed to use ITZ dials.

WEIGHT LIMIT : There is a weight of 3.3 fully dress. Only substance allowed between plat form and figure is double side tape or glue. No lead tape, gum , magnetic tape, putty

GAME PLAY: Each game will consist of 18 plays per half / 2 hr time limit. Which ever come first . Whoever is leading at the end of 36 plays or 2 hr game limit won the game.

OVERTIME: Consists of 1 play by each team from the 50 yard line. Whoever get the most positive yards or score win the game.

CLOCK TIME : Set up clock : each team has 45 sec to set up after each play once the team are separated this rule will only be used if the game is going to slow. Pivot clock consist of 20 sec for each team after snap . The offense first , then defense. Time start when you touch your first player. Each coach must say set when all pivot are done. Passing clock : Start when you call pass , you have 25 sec to complete pass with TTQB or Pass placement.

FALLEN PLAYER : If player is knock down by opposing team he dead and can not be part of play on offense or defense. ( If the board causes player to fall he maybe put back in his standing position )

TACKLES : Any base contact is a tackle.

FUMBLE: Any ball carrier who get knock down it a fumble. Ball is down there and defense take over possession.

INTERCEPTION : Any unengaged gave player can intercept the ball if it touches him. The player maybe pivot to return interception. The opposing team can turn any unengaged player to make the tackle.

FORMATIONS : The offense can only use pro style formation with base length separation from offensive line or QB. There are only 3 player behind offensive line - QB, FB, HB. The offense line maybe put in any direction long as they are on the LOS. The WR or RB can be turn in any direction doing setup. ( If either player goes back pass 20yd he is dead and out of the play). The defense may use any kind formation. The line can play the gaps, all linebacker behind defensive lineman must be base length apart if he covered. Cover corners can line head up on receiver. Safety can only lineup 30 yd from LOS.

START OF GAME :

KICKING TEAM : Defense white line up at there 35 yd line.

RETURN TEAM : Offense Dark line up at the 50 yd line.

The kicking team has 3 sec hang time to get down field. Once the time runs out the kicking team tell the return man where to line up on the field between the hash marks in the end zone. And all unengaged player can be pivot.

The return team place runner down and pivot . The return team then pivot all unengaged players to make blocks.

PLACE FROM SCRIAMAGE:

OFFENSE / DEFENSE: With offense line setting up first then remaining player, defense should be setting up at the same time. Each coaches should announce set when there finish offense should be set first. There will be NO adjustments once you say set.

The offense start the play with a 1 sec snap ( that a on / off switch ). The offense then has 15 sec to make any pivot ( NOT ADVANCE PIVOT). Time start when you touch first player. The defense has the same option when offense finish. The defense can pivot while the offense is doing theirs if want too. After each team make there pivot they should say set.

The offense take the switch he can either direct hand off, or start play with QB. If you start with QB you must keep it, hand off, pitch, or pass. If it’s a run play the QB and ball carrier must be with 2 base length. If you call a pass you have 25 sec to pass with TTQB

or Pass Placement. ( on pass placement the measuring stick must be off field before time runs out. )

TTQB PASS: If you hit the WR with the pass you can pivot or advance pivot after the catch.

PASS PLACEMENT: You must make the pivot or advance pivot before the reception. There is no pivot after the catch.

DEFENSIVE : Any unengaged defensive player can make a play on the ball or tackle.

PASS INTERFERENCE : Is when a player knock the intended receiver of target going for pass placement ball. If the receiver is hit from behind that is not INTERFERENCE.

MOBILE QB: Can only drop back 20 yards.

INMOBILE QB : Can only lineup 15 yards from center.

 

 

EXTRA POINT: TD are automatic 7 , If you decide to go for two LOS is the three yard line.

FIED GOALS : field goals can be tempted from your opponents 40 yd line end. By using a kicker or dice chart.

PUNTS : If you have not cross the 50 yd line you must punt the ball on 4 down. All punt are done by dice chart. You have the option to angle punt the ball if you cross the 50 yd line instead of going on 4 down. ( The last 4 plays of each have you don’t have to punt the ball at anytime )

ONSIDE KICK : You can only onside kick if you are behind. Any player can be use for this kick.

PENALTIES

Off sides 5yds

Illegal player 10 yds

Pass Interference - spot fowl first down.
