Mandatory Managers' & Coaches' Baseball Meeting
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23RD @ FOX VALLEY TECHNICAL COLLEGE (ROOM E130-A,B,C,D)

1825 N. Bluemound Drive - (Park in the West Parking Lot - Come to Entrance 10)

Topics that will be covered:
LL Rules, Codes of Conduct, Schedules, Field logistics, Safety Plan, Open Discussion & Questions.
*The Safety portion of the meeting will begin @ 7:15pm, so Rookie and T-ball will not have to be there until 7:15. (coming early is optional for Rookie and T-ball only)
The first hour will pertain mostly to majors and minors divisions rules and issues.
What to bring:
Background Check Paperwork (if not turned in); Copy of Drivers License, LL Rule Book, Note taking material.
Handouts you will receive:
Meeting Agenda, Pitch Count Cheat Sheet, Highlighted Rules Sheet, Local Minors Rules Sheet.
I will move quickly through the meeting. This is a great opportunity for all of us to receive important League information all at the same time. This will allow for questions to be asked and answered and heard by all, so there is less confusion throughout the season - making all of your jobs easier.
I look forward to seeing all of you there. If for some reason a manager of a team cannot make it, it is imperative that you send your assistant coach(s) in your place.
