All participants should bring a water bottle with them.
Football players must wear their helmets, chin strap, mouth piece and cleats only the first week. Practice jerseys will be given out at practice.
Cheerleader must wear t-shirt (no tanks) with athletic shorts (no zippers/buttons) and sneakers.
