We are making custom wine with our own label at The Vintner's Cellar in the Nimbus Winery at Hazel & Folsom Blvd. We are calling our wine "Fire '98 Private Reserve: Shootout Chardonnay and Man On!Merlot".
We will be selling $40 tickets which includes 2 bottles of wine (I of each varietal), and entrance to the bottling event night for 2 adult guests to enjoy a 3 flight wine tasting and appetizers We will also be featuring a silent auction. (Kind of like a crab feed, except it's really not.)

Silent Auction ends at 8:30PM
Important detail... our custom wine will not be ready to drink immediately after bottling. The wine must age in the bottle. White = 90 days, ready by 9/25/09, Red = 180 days, ready by 12/25/09.
We will have tickets ready for distribution at our party this Saturday, as well as at practices starting next week. Tickets must be paid for in advance. Contact Pam Kloth, Chris Bennett, or Amy Garibay with any further questions or items for the silent auction.
Possible questions...
Is it mandatory to participate? No, absolutely not. Participate at your own discretion.
What will the money be spent on? A new Kite Flag and a new bench
How can I help?
Sell 3 tickets to friends and family and encourage them to come prepared to spend money on our auction items.
Can I sell more than 3 tickets? Yes, of course! Let us know if you need more and we will negotiate with Vintner's Cellar to purchase additional batches.
Do you need any more items for the silent auction? Yes, the more the better.
Do you need to attend the event to get your wine? No, we can deliver wine after the bottling event.
Do you need to be present to win if you leave before the silent auction ends? No, you can still win the bid.
Can we get 2 bottles of chardonnay, instead of 1 bottle of each kind? Sorry, no formal substitutions. We have ordered exactly enough of each.
Are children allowed? Yes.
Can our friends or family make their own custom wine? Yes, that is the Vintner's Cellar business! If purchased the night of the event, we will receive 10% toward our fundraiser.
