| Information: | Attending a Pioneer Board Meeting:
The Pioneer Board of Trustees meets the first Tuesday of every month year round. Prior to the start of a regularly scheduled Board meeting any participating member of the Pioneers has the opportunity to present business and/or concerns to the Board.
Individuals/groups who wish to attend during this time must notify the Secretary of the Board via our online form named: "2009: Request to Address the Pioneer Board of Directors" [Form Link], preferably at least 48 hours prior to the Board meeting and provide details relative to the topic to be discussed.
The Board will review the information provided and respond accordingly. |
