NO outside food allowed in Stadium-full snack bar available
Team mom may bring water and snacks for players and cheerleaders
NO nuts with shells
NO chewing gum
WATER ONLY allowed on the track and field
NO food of any kind on track or field
NO Smoking or alcohol on school property
EZ ups are allowed in the stands. EZ ups ARE NOT ALLOWED on the field or track.

We will be in the lunch quad area.
*Please bring a copy of the rules for each person attending the clinic, yes for ALL coaches and trainers please.
*A copy of a sample redline roster would be helpful for your coaches so they can see what we are speaking of…yes one for each coach coming please.
*Along with ALL paperwork certification and a 1x1 color photo (the size of a driver's license only please)
The above items that we are asking you as the city coordinator to supply these items for your coaches and trainers, it will make it easier for them to understand if they have this stuff in front of them to reference to. Each attendee will need to bring the following with them filled out completely….
~Registration form for coach or trainer, these forms are different (1 copy)
~Megan's Law form, please remember that the bottom part needs to be filed out by your commissioner stating that they have passed their Megan's law (1 copy)
~Coaches Pledge, for both trainers and coaches to fill out (1 copy)
