Information:
Folkstyle practice for ages 4-8. This class will focus on fundamentals and building a solid foundation in the basics. Wrestlers will receive focused attention from the Mat Demon coaches and members of the advanced group. Head Coach Shawn Dawley will lead the training for both the beginner and advanced practices.
