Information:
Folkstyle practice for ages 9 and up. This class will move at a much faster pace and will focus on chain wrestling and advanced technique. Members of this group should be able to keep pace with an elite level of training and live wrestling. Head Coach Shawn Dawley will lead the training for both the beginner and advanced practices.
