Information:
We will maintain a split practice so we can cater to each wrestler at their level. Please pick only one practice per night. Do not attend both practices unless you are asked to do so by a coach.
Practice Schedule (3/1/18 - 8/1/18):
Beginners (ages 5-8): Mon, Wed, Fri - 6:00pm-7:00pm
Advanced (ages 9+): Mon, Wed, Fri - 7:00pm-8:45pm
Advanced Greco (9+ Invite Only): Tue, Thu - 6:30pm-8:30pm
Please note that Tuesday and Thursday advanced Greco classes are not open to ages 5-8 years old unless specifically invited by one of our coaches. We will work on some Greco technique in the other classes.
