Adult members, in good standing with NBL, are invited to attend and participate in General Membership meetings. Adult members are entitled to voice their opinions and vote on all matters brought before the General Membership. A majority vote shall rule. All issues voted on in General Membership meetings shall be sent to the BOD as a recommendation for evaluation and approval.
