Information:
All Players must register and sign waivers online. There is no paper registrations. Please use link: https://www.adeptsoft.com/Registration/Default.aspx?ClubID=280
to register online. IMPORTANT INFORMATION to have ready while before registering online:
1) Clear headshot photo down to mid chest area of player (background must be plain) - Have player stand infront of plain hallway space in your house and take photo. You will need to upload photo during registration.
2) Current year school ID. If player is in elementary and no school ID available. You can bypass this step. Please let Mona Anesi know (310) 350-6113 so she can make note of it in players file for Southern California Youth Rugby (SCYR) approval.
3) Birth Certificate or passport to confirm DOB for player. This only applies to new players. Returning players have already been age verified.
What to bring to practice at all times:
• Water
• Cleats (soccer cleats are ideal). Cleat must not have the front
toe cleat so no football cleats.
• Mouthpiece
• Jacket or hoodie for after practice due to chilly weather at night
