August 17th – August 21st (1 week) Mon-Thurs (6:30 pm – 8:00 pm)August 24th – End of Season Mon, Tues, & Thurs (6:30 pm – 8:00 pm)
PRACTICE ATTIRE:
Players: Helmet, Practice jersey (issued by Cobras), Short pants (worn the 1st week only) Flag will practice in shorts. Football practice pants w/pads and Shoulder Pads (starting August 19th) contact only Football cleats (with socks).
Cheerleaders: Practice T-Shirt, Practice Shorts, Cheer tennis shoes (with socks), Sports bra (if needed)
