From Route 3 East - After you cross the bridge over the Passaic River, three exits come up quickly. Take the third exit, Ridge Road. At the first traffic light (Shell Station) make a right onto Ridge Road. Follow Ridge Road through Lyndhurst into North Arlington. When you are in North Arlington you will pass a large cemetery on the left, then you'll pass North Arlington High School and the Public Library. Make a left at the street after the Public Library and before the Dunkin Donuts (Beaver Avenue). Go 2 blocks to Rutherford Place. Make a right onto Rutherford Place. The gym is on the right.
