As the parent of ____________________, I/We do authorize my child’s participation in the Hampton School District Summer Flag Football League to be held at Fridley Field Stadium and certify that he is in good health and able to participate in the league activities. I/We do waive any claim for damages that may arise against Hampton Township School District or any officer, agent or employee from any incidents that may arise in connection with the football league. I authorize the directors to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring possible medical attention for which services I will pay.

WHEN – Every Tuesday starting June 26 – July 31
WHERE – Fridley Field Stadium
TIME – 10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
OBJECTIVES – Instruct basic fundamental skills for each position. To provide a safe atmosphere in a competitive flag football game
FORMAT – Team combinations will be 3rd & 4th graders and 5th & 6th graders. Varsity senior players will instruct the youth players by positions for approximately 10 minutes on offense and 10 minutes on defense. At the conclusion of the instruction, the players will play in a flag football game for approximately 45 minutes with the seniors as their coaches.
*Bring water bottle – water will be provided
*Wear workout clothes and athletic shoes (cleats or sneakers).
Cost: $60 (six sessions)
