| Directions: | 1. Take RT-3 North to Exit 34, Tyngsborough/Westford Road.
2. Bear right at the end of the ramp on to Weston Road.
3. Contine on Westford Road.
4. Turn left on Middlesex Road.
5. Turn right at RT-113/RT-3A.
6. After crossing the bridge, bear left onto Frost Road.
7. Continue on Frost Road for 1.7 miles.
8. Turn right at Norris Road.
9. Continue on Norris Road for .3 miles.
10. Turn left into the Tyngsborough Middle/High School Complex. The High School is the 3rd building, on the far side of the parking lots. |
| Information: | Last practice of Training Camp from 6-7, followed by a Spaghetti Dinner at Coach Sands house, 3 Fieldstone Drive, Tyngsborough (Level 3 Wrestlers Only). |
