July 25th - August 5th - CONDITIONING WEEK
For 2 weeks ALL Football & Cheer will begin their Conditioning Workouts.
This is MANDATORY for ALL Football & Cheer. Practice will be
held Monday – Friday 5:30pm-7:50pm @ Willis Jepson Middle School.
A Mandatory 10 hours of conditioning is required for every player
wearing a helmet before the player can receive the
remainder of their equipment and participate in hitting drills with pads.
