May 8th, 10th , 17th 5:30pm-6:30pm
May 22nd , 24th 530pm-7pm
June 5th 530pm-7pm
PLACEMENT ON TEAMS IS A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
LATE REGISTRATIONS MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER SCHOOLS IN THE DISTRICT.
Please bring the following items to registration:
1) Child’s T-shirt & Short Size
2) Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate ~ PLEASE DO NOT BRING ORIGINAL
3) Full Registration Payment (ONLY Check, Money Order, or Cash accepted)
4) Please be prepared to fill out a complete registration form and uniform form
Registration will not be accepted without receipt of all of the above items.
