Physicals:Saturday, June 17th and July 9th
9am-12pm at Cortez Park. Your physical is covered by your registration fee. Player registration balance must be paid in full by this date (cash/card).
New players must bring an original birth certificate.
ALL players must bring their 2017 Report Card (end of academic year).
Please be prepared with current health insurance information (Name, Policy #, Phone #). If you are unable to make the physicals, you will need to reach out to our to pick up your player contact (once paid in full) our treasurer Maria @ mdavalos12wcb@yahoo.com to be signed and stamped by your own physician.
