Monday, July 30th thru Friday, August 3rd from 6pm to 8pm.
Your child will likely have practice every day this week; once the teams are formed his/her coach will decide further practice schedules.
Locations of Evaluations:
1st, 2nd, & 6th Graders - School House Park on Nutt Road
3rd & 4th Graders - Activity Center off of St Rt 48 by Incarnation Church.
5th Graders - Yankee Park on Yankee Street
Please note your child will be unable to participate if the following documentation has not been received prior to the beginning of the first day of evaluations
- WOJFC Residency and Physical Form
(completed, signed, and dated by physician in 2012)
- 3 photocopies of players birth certificates
- Player's Code of Conduct
- Parent/Member Code of Conduct (back of player conduct form)
You must submit this documentation via US mail prior to July 23rd to Centerville Wee Elk Football, Attn: Registration Coordinator, PO Box 41175, Centerville, Ohio, 45441, OR bring it to the first day of evaluations on July 30th.
Please plan on arriving early the first day of evaluations/practices as we will be verify documentation prior participation, and processing additional documentation submissions as needed. More information will follow on this topic, but typically 20-30 minute arrival prior to practice on the first day is expected.
