Welcome to the home of the
Fairmont Rough Riders
|
Established in 2002 to provide boys and girls ages 5-14 the opportunity to learn the sport of wrestling The Fairmont Rough Riders teach and develop the fundamental skills of the worlds oldest and greatest sport, WRESTLING.
In addition to wrestling, our coaches believe in instilling the aspects of good sportsmanship, discipline, team participation and the importance of academics.
All of this hard work and we still have fun!!!
The Fairmont Rough Riders in a not-for-profit organization and our coaching staff consists of many volunteers from the surrounding community. Practices are held four nights a week at Fairmont Junior High School.
The Rough Riders is a sactioned member of the Illinois Kids Wrestling Federation and USA Wrestling.
We welcome new and excisting Rough Riders Wrestlers to come practice and enjoy the great sport of wrestling!! If anyone has any questions feel free to call Maurice Holman.
