Are you interested in the Big Katz Baseball Program? Drop us a line. Click on the title above and it will take you to an on-line application. Complete the form and we will be sure to contact you for the 2009 Tryouts and/or 2008 Fall Baseball. Tryouts will start August 9 and run through the first week of September.

Team Manager/Head Coach Evaluation Form for Youth Teams 2009 (ages 8-12)
If you are a parent of a player from the Big Katz U8-U12 Teams, please feel free to complete your Team Manager /Head Coach evaluations here. We ask you for identification so that we can verify you as a Big Katz Family Member, however, your responses will be held in confidence and only reported in summary form with the rest of your team's responses. If you prefer to remain anonymous, use the password that was given to you by your head coach instead of your player's name.
