2013 Blue Springs Baseball Tournament Entry Fee
Contact interim tournament director B0 Welborn if you have any questions. The online payment is accessable to those teams that need to pay their team reigistration fee or deposit and will remain open until your full team payment has been made.
This form to be completed and submitted in full no later than 72 hours before the first day of scheduled tournament.
There is a non-refundable deposit that must be paid to lock in your team for these tournaments. Once you have paid deposit your team will be entered into the tournament.
All tournaments are USSSA State Qualifiers unless stated otherwise.
All teams are required to turn in a printed copy of their roster unless available from the USSSA website, due at check-in.
Teams must have birth certificates of all players on their roster with team manager and ready for inspection if requested by tournament director.

Coaches Card Application
All Managers and Coaches that will be on the Field or Dugout with their respective teams must be carrying a Blue Springs Baseball Coaches Card. This is for both Closed, (Recreation) and Open,(Competetive) Divisions. Along with this card an application for Backgound Check from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, will be generated from the Coaches Card Application.

2013 Blue Springs Baseball CompetitiveTeam Registration
This form should be completed for Competive Teams in the 10U through 14U and 15/16/17 Divisions.
The On Line Registratin Fees for Competitive Teams are:
10U $1350
11U $1350
12U $1350
13U $1450
14U $1450
15/16/17 $1550
There is a $15 handling fee for any cancellation after this registration is submitted.

2012 Blue Springs Baseball Try-Out Posting Fee
If posting try-out infomation on the Try Out Page of this website, a posting fee of $25 is required before your team information is posted. If you are a BSB League team you will have $25 deducted from your team registration fee. If you are not in BSB League we appreciate your contribution to help fund our League operations.

Blue Springs Baseball League Sponsorship
This form will allow the contributor to Blue Springs Baseball send a Credit Card payment directly to our League.
Blue Springs Baseball,(formerly known as "Blue Springs Little League Baseball, Inc.") is a non-profit 501c(3) organization listed on Form 78 of the IRS. This form may be accessed at: www.irs.gov.
Company's or individuals that are paying for Hole Sponsorships or Event Sponsorship may do so here. Please fill out and check the appropriate amount you will be sponsoring.
You will be able to send the $175 for 5U MTB 6U T-Ball or 7U Machine Pitch team sponsorship amounts.
There are other incremental donation amounts, if you would like to contribute to Blue Springs Baseball, which can be submitted using your Visa, Mastercard or Discover cards.
Blue Springs Baseball thanks you for your kind donation that will help keep over 1200 local area youth participants involved in Americas favorite pastime.
