This form will allow sponsors to purchase ad banners for the web site. For more information you should send an email to the contact person for this site.

Team Sponsorship Form
This form is for businesses that are interested in sponsoring a team. By sponsoring a team the business will get it's name put on the team's shirt and the team will be named after the business for that year (i.e. instead of "Cardington Red" a team may be called "Al's Restaurant"). This will be benefical to the business for all press releases and articles that are put into the paper as well as on line.

Vinyl Banner Sponsorship Form (For Banners at the Field)
This form is for businesses that are interested in displaying a vinyl banner at the ball field. Costs vary depending on the size of the banner. You submit the information and we will have the banners professionally made. You may also use this form to request signage for other areas of the field (i.e. Popshack, Dug Outs, etc.). We will consider any request for sponsorships as long as it is deemed reasonable and tasteful.
