Try-out Pre-Registration Form
How Registration works:
Fill out the form, when you submit it go back to the welcome page and click on Payment For Cheer and Dance Try-outs. Once you log into your account then go to send money. Payment is required to reserve your space.
If you fill out this form and do not submit payment, your space will be given to somebody else. You can pay online by Visa/Mastercard or you can mail a check to the address on the "Payments" page. After your space is confirmed, you will receive an E-mail with information on the exact location of the clinic. Space is limited and paid registrations are taken on a first-come-first-serve basis.
