Post-Season Coaches Form
This form allows all official coaches in Clackamas Babe Ruth Baseball to give their intentions of coaching a post-season team. There are several possibilites of how we can form the teams. Please indicate what age level you are interested in coaching (14, 15). The selection of the coaches will be made at the Board Meeting on Sunday, May 31 at 5 pm.

Players Post-Season Commitment Form
Only players who have completed and submitted this application will be eligible for tournament teams. The application deadline is Sunday, June 14. Failure to submit this form indicates no intent to participate in the post-season. The player and parent/guardian understand that this is an application only to express a desire of playing on a tournament team. This application does not imply in anyway that the player will be selected on a tournament team.
